Blue Lagoon draws inspiration from the soothing color of the turquoise waters of the warmth of the Caribbean. The beauty of the blue tones combined with the textured background give a sense of depth and fluidity as the deep and shallow waters of the ocean.

I used acrylics, texturing materials, crackle medium and resin to create this painting. The circles are coated with resin which highlights the vibrant colors and contrasts the matte background.
